Manufacturing Process
Every crane and hoist project moves through planned fabrication, assembly, inspection and testing stages before delivery.
Material selection, drawing review and component planning based on the approved requirement.
Plates and structural sections are prepared using plasma and CNC cutting technology.
Crane girders, frames and structural assemblies are fabricated according to drawings.
Critical joints are welded and checked for strength, consistency and dimensional accuracy.
Mounting points, holes and component interfaces are prepared for accurate assembly.
Mechanical, electrical and hoisting components are assembled and aligned together.
Equipment is inspected and functionally tested before it is approved for dispatch.
Completed equipment is prepared for delivery, installation and commissioning support.
Controlled Execution
Each project is reviewed across fabrication, assembly and testing stages before being prepared for delivery.
